Fees include:
  • Service verification of completion
  • Certificate of Service
  • Notification upon completion of service
  • Filing Proof of Service or affidavit to appropriate court ( outside of Arizona: Proof of Service will be promptly mailed to applicable parties
  • Number of attempts at same location: 3

 

 

 

 

 

Additional fees may apply when:

  • Multiple addresses
  • Extra hours between 9 pm - 7 am
  • Serves requiring completion under four days
  • Same day serves additional fee may apply
  • Court filings outside Maricopa county
  • When the number of serve attempts exceeds three, an additional $65.00 will be charged for three more attempts. A total of six attempts may include surveillance and or skip-tracing in order to execute process serve.
